RIOULT Dance NY supports the creation and performance of the choreographic works of Pascal Rioult, and provides the community with an accessible and affordable center for dance and enrichment through the arts.


Accessibility for Dance/NYC 2019 Small-Budget Dance Makers Conference: RIOULT Dance Center is an accessible venue.  An elevator is available upon entrance to the building. All restrooms are gender-inclusive and wheelchair accessible. Studios are lit by fluorescent lights. ASL Interpretation will be provided at this event.


JOE BURGOS has been a New York City-based mambo instructor for many years and is the director of Piel Canela Dance & Music school, a non profit organization dedicated to bringing the world of Salsa/Mambo, dance and music to non-professionals and professionals alike, along with Bianca Soto. He also is the founder of the Piel Canela Dance Company. Joe and Bianca’s love for the arts as well as bringing together the Latino and non-Latino community alike led them to create the troupe. Since it’s inception in October 2001, Piel Canela has performed in over 20 countries and continues to participate in major Salsa congresses. They offer choreographed dance shows, lessons, and freestyle dancing in every major latin dance.
