In addition to his dance background, Verlezza is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Since 2012, he has taught a variety of group classes, including Zumba, PiYo, as well as many original dance cardio and strength/toning formats for M Dance & Fitness (MD&F) under the direction of Misty Clark. In collaboration with MD&F, he has recently launched a new personal training webcast entitled “WAKE UP with Sabatino”, co-hosted with longtime colleague, Pilates professional, and RIOULT dancer Charis Haines.
